Tohnichi RNTD torque screwdrivers are used for repetitive tightening to a preset torque in mass production and maintenance. The preset design is ideal for use with fixed torque values in production lines. Commercially available standard 1/4 inch hex bits can be used (E 6.3).

 

The no-load design of the rotary slip clutch prevents over-tightening after the preset torque has been reached. Greater reliability and durability by using the tilt-clutch torque mechanism.

  • Torque Screwdriver RNTD.
  • Resin grip for model 120CN and 260CN.
  • RNTD500CN comes with an auxiliary T-handle.
  • Original operating instructions (jap./eng.).

 

Options / Accs / Spares

  • RNTD is preset, so you cannot adjust the torque without a tester. If you prefer a torque setting before delivery, please specify the torque value when ordering (e.g. RNTD60CNX45CNM). Ex-works torque adjustment before delivery is free of charge.

Table showing specifications by the manufacturer. It is recommended to primarily use in medium performance range (approx. 1/3 to 4/5 of rated capacity). If you regularly worked close to the limit of load (maximum capacity), a larger model or tool might be more advisable.
