Indicating Torque Screwdrivers

Type I - indicates the torque value applied by means of a mechanical scale, a dial gauge or an electronic display. You can see the following variants:

• Direct indicating torque screwdrivers
  - Simplest form
  - Tightening value is indicated directly via a mechanical scale or dial gauge
  - Application of force must be stopped by the user

• Electronic torque screwdrivers
  - Set value is preset
  - Reaching the set value triggers a signal (acoustic, optical)
  - Application of force must be stopped by user
  - Suitable for documentation purposes

• Electronic torque/angle screwdrivers
  - Setpoint is preset
  - Supplementary measurement of the angle of rotation
  - Reaching the set value triggers a signal (acoustic, optical)
  - Application of force must be stopped by user
  - Suitable for documentation purposes
