Pokayoke torque wrench with limit switch output to eliminate missed tightening

Adjustable clicker type torque wrench with limit switch output and durable curly cord. Upon reaching the set torque, the torque wrench "clicks" to complete tightening while the limit switch simultaneously sends out a contact signal. Signals from a limit switch are captured on a programmable logic controller (PLC) or similar device to establish a Tightening Assurance System using assembly line interlock controls.

Torque setting is easy to adjust by knob and scale. The ratchet head has 24 teeth with a 15 degree operating range, allowing for use in space-limited working conditions. A clear “click” sound signals tightening completion upon reaching the set torque.

Metal handle version (-MH) especially suitable for use in greasy conditions (oil, chemicals, etc.) such as garage work. Large adjusting knob designed to enhance usability in torque setting by oily hands.
