Wireless Production Wrench

The WrenchStar Multi digital torque wrench is perfect for users who require torque and angle data digitally recording and a reliable, versatile and robust torque wrench.

The wrench has a clear OLED display screen to view the current task information, combined with a 360° light ring that is completely visible at any angle plus a vibration alert to indicate results.

The WrenchStar Multi works in combination with our TorqueStar Plus, TorqueStar Pro and IQVu-2 data collectors or our TCI lineside controllers wirelessly via RF or via a cable connection (IQVu-2, TorqueStar Plus or Pro only). Together, they deliver a perfect solution to accurately measure and tighten critical fasteners to your pre-set torque specifications.

For versatility, if the wrench goes out of range of the paired controller, it continues to collect data with storage for up to 200 readings for offline work. Once back in range, the WrenchStar Multi then automatically connects and communicates the critical data.

The table shows the torque ranges specified by manufacturer. Usage in the medium range (approx. 1/3 to 4/5 of rated capacity) is recommended. If you would regularly work close to the max capacity limit, a larger tool might be more recommendable to prevent over-torqueing.
