Tohnichi RTDLS Rotary Slip Torque Driver with Limit Switch
Error-proofing (PokaYoke) torque screwdriver with limit switch output to eliminate missed tightening
Ideal for assembly processes with torque monitoring. After reaching the set torque, the limit switch transmits a trigger signal. This can be picked up by means of a PLC, for example. At the same time, the slip clutch is activated, making over-torque impossible.
Series RTDLS are adjustable models. Along the micrometer scale, the desired torque can be easily and quickly adjusted. A locking mechanism prevents unintentional torque adjustment during use.
An additional auxiliary tool (sold separately) is available for each of the 500 cNm models for easier power transmission. For counting tightening operations, the LS screwdriver can be connected to an optional 'CNA-4mk3', for example.
