Tohnichi RNTDLS Rotary Slip Torque Driver with Limit Switch
Error-proofing (PokaYoke) torque screwdriver with limit switch output to eliminate missed tightening
Ideal for assembly processes with torque monitoring. After reaching the set torque, the limit switch transmits a trigger signal. This can be picked up by means of a PLC, for example. At the same time, the slip clutch is activated, making over-torque impossible.
Series RNTDLS are preset models without scale and are particularly suitable for repetitive tightening operations at the same torque.
An additional auxiliary tool (sold separately) is available for each of the 500 cNm models for easier power transmission. For counting tightening operations, the LS screwdriver can be connected to an optional 'CNA-4mk3', for example.

- RNTDLS series: preset delivery on request. Then please specify torque value in the order (e.g. RNTDLS260CN X 200CN).
- For model 500CN an additional T-handle (#1031) is available for easier power transmission.
- Electronic tightening counter CNA-4mk3 (Count Checker).
