Dial Indicating Torque Wrench
Basic direct reading torque wrench. Wide range, high accuracy, lightweight, easy-to-read large scale, suitable for inspection. DB-S series, and DBE-S series have a convenient memory pointer giving peak readings.
Since the dial can be rotated, the pointer can be set to the desired torque first, and complete tightening is achieved when the pointer indicates "0". The dial indicator has a full-surround protective cover to prevent damage to external objects (except DB420N, and DBE series).
DB accuracy is consistent regardless of where the hand is placed.

Table is showing the torque ranges specified by the manufacturer. Usage in the medium range (approx. 1/3 to 4/5 of rated capacity) is recommended. If users would mainly work close to the load capacity limit, in general a larger tool may be more recommendable.
SI unit products (except DB1.5N4, DB1.5N4-S, DB3N4, DB3N4-S) and metric unit products (except 15DB4-S, 30DB4-S) are compliant with ISO 6789:2017 starting January 2022. Calibration Certificates and the model names of some products will change from older products. Imperial unit products are not compliant with ISO 6789:2017.
