Compact Interchangeable Head Digital Torque Wrench
Tohnichi’s smallest digital torque wrench. The optional Bluetooth® module makes it easy to manage data on a computer or other device. Equipped with a high-luminance LED. Permits confirmation of current tightening condition and pass/fail judgements from a wide range of angles. The high-luminance LED is especially useful in dark working conditions.
For tightening and inspection work in low torque ranges, such as cable grounding, and plastic or ceramic screws/bolts. Useful in confined spaces and height-restricted locations where tightening with a torque screwdriver or conventional torque wrench is difficult. For tightening work involving fragile apparatus, such as sensors and semiconductor manufacturing equipment.

Features
- CES/CES-G monitors torque and angle to prevent the delivery of products with defective screw/bolt tightening.
- Equipped with a high-luminance LED. Permits confirmation of current tightening condition and pass/fail judgments from a wide range of angles. The high-luminance LED is especially useful in dark working conditions.
- Tightening-abnormality detection: monitors torque and angle to detect tightening abnormalities such as scuffing, missing parts, missed tightening (or double tightening), and O-ring nibbling, to prevent the delivery of defective products to clients.
- Data transmission: use a USB to output memory data. Permits no-fee use of the data-input tool DtRcv (Data Receiver) for data management in Excel® worksheets. Attach the optional Bluetooth® module to wirelessly transmit tightening and inspection data to a computer. The M-CES-BT Expansion Module is easy to attach.
- Use the Tightening Data Management System (TDMS) software (sold separately) to transmit conditions at each tightening location to the torque wrench and to transmit pass/fail data after tightening to a computer. (TDMS was upgraded to Version 3.10 in June 2023. Now also supports the compact Digital Torque Wrench CES series (when installed on M-CES-BT).)

Table is showing the torque ranges specified by manufacturer. Usage in the medium range (approx. 1/3 to 4/5 of rated capacity) is recommended. If you would mainly work close to the load capacity limit, in general a larger tool may be more recommendable.
