One-Way-Clutch Preset Cam-Over Torque Screwdrivers
Mountz Torque FG-OWC (one-way clutch) torque screwdrivers use a one-way torque clutch system designed to apply torque in one direction and remain positive in the opposite direction, which allows the tool to be used for easy screw removal. Torque range suitable for micro, low, and medium torque applications.
This makes the FG-OWC ideal for maintenance and refurbishing applications where undoing or loosening screws is required.
Cam-over technology reduces the possibility of operator error in the clockwise fastening direction, which ensures correct torque is applied and prevents fastener breakage.
Providing the operator with a pre-set tool prevents tool tampering and ensures that the appropriate torque setting is always used.
Error-Proofing
- Engineered with a cam-over mechanism, cam-over poka-yoke torque screwdrivers reduce the possibility of operator error in the clockwise fastening direction, ensuring correct torque is applied and preventing fastener breakage.
